Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Featured Tours, and add anyTour that suit you to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the Booking.
We accept card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to CAD Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until the trip departures are confirmed. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone or by post.
If you have made a mistake in your trip booking process and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your booking request is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your trip booking, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice and detailed itinerary. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular Tour for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Delivery Schedule We will send all the information and a detailed itinerary, confirmation number after the booking process is finalized.

Back Orders If your Trip is no longer available, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your booking or choose another trip.
Tax Charges For orders made from the Canada, 7% Tax will be added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy If you have to cancel your trip, we must be notified in writing. All monies will be refunded in full, less the following cancellation charges, based on the date of our receipt of your written cancellation notice, which can be sent by email, fax, or standard mail.
3- More than 90 days before departure: 15% of the total land cost
4- 31 to 90 days before departure: 25% of the total land cost
5- 15 to 30 days before departure: 50% of the total land cost
6- 14 days or less before departure: no refund
Partial Cancellation . Each trip is customized to the needs and interests of your group. Trips are priced according to the number of people in your group. If some of the travelers in your group cancel, the price for remaining travelers may require adjustment.
Remittance Terms Please note
that if a trip must be extended or an itinerary modified due to weather, road conditions, lack of transportation, political or civil disputes, medical emergency, or other causes beyond our control, the associated costs including any non-recoverable costs are not included in the trip rates or refunds. In such circumstances, it is the traveler's responsibility to pay directly for actual extra costs in the field (e.g., food, transport, accommodations).
It is the traveler's responsibility to make sure that all flights coincide with the trip itinerary. Moroccan Adventures Travel is not responsible for any forfeiture that results due to your inability to obtain airline tickets that allow you participate on a reserved trip, nor is Moroccan Adventures Travel responsible for any airline penalties or fees resulting from changes or trip cancellation once tickets have been issued.
